              Delivery Info

              Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the next working day (excludes weekends).

              Customers in the UK receive free UK delivery on all orders over £30. This is automatically calculated and redeemed at checkout.

              Orders that quality for free UK delivery will be shipped using an appropriate shipment method and courier, depending on the size and weight of the order.

              Free delivery will usually be a Royal Mail Economy service. You may upgrade your shipping method by selecting one of the paid options.

              Returns

              Due to the nature of our products, our returns policy lasts 14 days.

              If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

              To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

              Condition

              All of our single cards are pack fresh and are sleeved and stored with care.

              However, we can not guarantee the condition or centering of our single cards.

              All single cards will be sent to you in a protective sleeve to ensure safe and secure delivery.
