To start a return, you can use the contact form and submit your query to us. We will do everything we possibly can to resolve your issue before sending anything back.
If your return is accepted, you should then return your items to the address in the ‘return shipping’ section below. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returning unwanted products
Products can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the initial purchase. All items returned must be unopened, unused and in the original condition they were received.
Most products are eligible for a return, anything that we cannot accept is noted within the product listing. For example, Pokémon TCG Code Cards, Gift Cards, and similar items with a printed, single-use, redeemable code, are not eligible for returns.
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and not later than 30 days after confirming receipt of the items.
Returning faulty or damaged products
Faulty goods, or goods damaged in transit before receipt by the customer, can be returned within 30 days of the initial purchase.
If an item arrives with you damaged, please take as many photos as possible of the box your order arrived in, which clearly shows the shipping label, along with photos of the damage to the item.
Products returned for being faulty or damaged in transit are normally replaced/exchanged for identical products.
Special note - Damaged cards inside blind packed products like booster packs:
In the event that a particular card is damaged inside a pack, we will only be able to replace the booster pack as being faulty (the product purchased) and not the individual cards inside.
Single cards return policy
All orders for single cards are sent with warranty tape over the top loader. This tape is to prevent any foul play that may be done to a single cards order. Once this tape has been broken or removed,
we cannot accept a return for the single cards. We advise customers to carefully inspect the card before removing it from the top loader to ensure the card is correct.
You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund up until the order has been dispatched, which is usually one day before the official release. If a pre-order product has fallen in price since you ordered it, we can refund you the difference, so you get the lower price. This applies up to the point the order is dispatched.

You will be responsible for return postage costs and ensuring the item reaches us in the same condition it was received. Please note that if the item returned does not satisfy these requirements, we will not accept it.
To ensure items make it back to us safely we strongly recommend using a recorded service to return items, we're not responsible for any items lost in the post or damaged via the return postage.
